This image shows a number of deserts belonging to “the Zobeir Chain” on the Red Sea west of
Yemen (October 24, 2007)

They illustrate the Zobeir Desert chain on the Red Sea west of Yemen in 2007. One of the images
exhibits the same area in December 2011 showing a new volcanic activity and the emergence of a
new desert.
