When the lead organization is different from the organization in charge of writing the
overall report, it is important to define mechanisms of coordination to ensure that there
is regular communication as well as clear and agreed review and revision guidelines as well
as timelines.
Participants also need to keep in touch through periodic meetings, and written or
electronic notes to exchange opinion regarding the organization of activities related to the
IEA process. Each partner should select a person from the team to serve as the contact
point for issues related to the IEA process.
