time and effort. What resources do you think might be required to implement this strategy?
If your resources were limited, what would be t he most critical elements that you would

you work with your government communications department?

4.2 Explanation of the Impact Strategy model
? Facilitator presentation of the model, with reference to the case study.
? Break out into groups, discuss a success story from their own experience, roles of different players,
what was their role?
